Why doesn't my tracking number work?
1st Class, 2nd Class, and International Standard are untracked services. The number provided in your dispatch notification from Etsy is a reference number created when your postal label is purchased.
Why hasn't my order arrived?
Once your order has been sent, you will receive a dispatch notification email from Etsy.
Unfortunately due to the increased pressure that the COVID-19 pandemic and Christmas is having on the Royal Mail and international postal services, we have been experiencing delays. International parcels also get held up at customs sometimes which can add time onto delivery estimates.
Royal Mail regards parcels as being delayed or missing after 25 working days from the delivery due date. If your order still hasn't arrived after this time, please get in touch and I will discuss what to do next.
I keep Proof of Postage receipts for all orders.
